How long it will take for customer to get their products?
All our products are made-to-order, so usually it will take about 12-16 workdays to make and then 3-7 workdays to ship. But if you really need one urgently, please contact us.
Do we offer refund?
All our products are made-to-order, not in stock. So if we make the product wrong, we can accept the return and refund.
